Procedure for Processing REALTOR® Membership Application
An Associate Information Form must be filed out by DR/Manager and returned to PASS.
You will then receive the Application packet
Upon receipt of your completed application form and a copy of your current Massachusetts Broker's or Salesman's License, accompanied by payment of the application fee and dues, Membership will process the application.
Your name, as a new applicant, will be published in our newsletter, PASSWORD
You will be scheduled for an Orientation Class (you will be notified of the date of this class two weeks in advance).
After the publication period your application will be brought to the Board of Directors for approval.
You will be inducted at the end of Orientation Class. At that time your will receive your REALTOR® pin.
