The heartbeat of the Association lies in those volunteers who donate their talent, energy and time to helping make PASS the best it can possibly be. Let your voice be heard by participating in a PASS Committee. We need your involvement in our 2004 Committees.

If you have not been involved in the past, but have meant to join, now is the time! You'll find serving on a committee to be both professionally and personally rewarding.

Maximizes the resources of the Association for the benefit of the member. Provides detailed financial analysis to develop a budget that insures the financial strength to meet the organization's goals and long-term financial soundness. |

Grievance |
|
|
Reviews all Ethics Complaints and Arbitration Requests for official Professional Standards hearings. Requires attendance at half-day MAR Professional Standards training. |

Identifies potential member service areas and member discount programs. Encourages and assists with membership recruitment and retention programs. |

This group serves as the pool from which Ethics and Arbitration hearing panels are formed. Requires 3 years on Grievance Committee and half-day professional standards training. |

Works to raise members' awareness of the need for funds to support the REALTOR® Political Action Committee promoting the industry's voice on issues that affect the real estate business.
